– Does not include entrance tickets and lunches/tastings (for the full day tours, unless otherwise agreed, the guide’s lunch is charged to the customer).
– Any reimbursement of expenses of the guide: to be agreed.
– Discount for customers holding PARMA CARD: 10%
– Discount for T.O., Travel Agencies and accommodation facilities: to be agreed.
Conditions and cancellations of guided tour services
– The duration of the service is from the moment the guide is available.
– Cancellations within the last 24 hours: payment of 100% of the total rate.
– Cancellations within the last 4 days: payment of 70% of the total rate.
– Cancellations between 10 and 5 days before: payment of 50% of the total rate.
